- Led PULSAR, a company-wide intranet replacing SharePoint, coordinating external vendors through architecture decisions to full company launch.
- Application Owner of the Protergia App, the group's consumer energy app serving ~405K users.
- Ran a full diagnostic of a legacy platform (SellSite/Alhellas), producing the business case and handoff plan used to scope its rebuild.
- Built the case for and drove org-wide adoption of GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Copilot Enterprise across engineering.
- Led a team of 3 delivering SaaS products used in 100+ private practices across Greece, owning roadmap and hiring input.
- Directed a green-field platform rebuild that now processes ~1M patient records/month at 99.98% uptime.
- Redesigned the release process end to end, cutting release time from 2 days to 2 hours and rollbacks by 80%, freeing the team to ship more with the same headcount.
- Led a compliance program (GDPR) to close audit gaps ahead of schedule.
- Built and delivered a national healthcare-outreach tool used by military doctors to manage patient records in remote field conditions.
